Terms of Service

By accessing and using Ardin Agency's AI UGC video creation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Ardin Agency provides AI-powered User Generated Content (UGC) video creation services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-generated testimonial videos
• Custom avatar creation and management
• Brand-specific content optimization
• Video production and delivery services

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
• Supply necessary brand assets and materials in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final video content created specifically for your brand. However, Ardin Agency retains:

• Rights to our proprietary AI models and technology
• Rights to use anonymized data for service improvement
• Rights to showcase work in our portfolio (with your permission)

Payment terms vary by package:

• Spark Package: Monthly billing, payment due at start of each month
• Scale & Firehose: Quarterly billing with 3-month minimum commitment
• All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Ardin Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

While we strive for high-quality output, we cannot guarantee specific performance metrics or advertising results from the use of our AI-generated content.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Committed packages (Scale/Firehose) require completion of the minimum term unless terminated for cause.

Upon termination, you retain rights to all delivered content, and we will delete your data as per our Privacy Policy.
